A few years ago I suddenly and inexplicably lost hearing in my left ear. I was desperate to find a "solution" to this devastating "problem".
Before I launched into every alternate healing modality I could find, I heard the faintest of whispers suggesting, "Write your way out."
So began an incredible journey of gathering with others who are also eager to find a solution to seemingly insurmountable issues. Each month we explore whatever may be holding our hearts, our health, our bodies, our finances, or our souls back.
You don't have to be a writer to join. In fact, most participants are not. You just need to be willing to look at the areas of your life that are keeping you stuck. You might also want to consider that whatever is going on is not happening to you but for you and your soul's expansion.
Each month questions, prompts, and playsheets are provided that facilitate conscious conversations around what really matters, how to trust yourself, when to act, and when to let go.
This fall (2024) we're doing a special Write Your Way Out Series called Read It & Leap! This class will be delivered primarily as a series of Field Guides (for you to Read) and Playsheets (for you to Leap). I'll also host regular LeapFrog Friday Zoom sessions where you you can ask questions, share your experiences, and tap into the pure gold wisdom of fellow leapers.
To give you a chance to Look Before Your Leap, this summer I'll be hosting a series of pop-up sessions to familiarize you with the Write Your Way Out process.
I hope you'll join me for this summer and fall as we explore where the smallest of leaps can make the biggest difference in your life.

Taking tiny, consistent, courageous steps every day is one of the most powerful ways to reinvent yourself. Your leap doesn't have look like a big deal to anyone else. In fact, it probably won't. Yet anything that allows you to tap into your power and potency on a regular basis serves not only you, but all of us.

Believe it or not, learning to leap into a life where you experience more delight, more curiosity, and more magic is your greatest contribution to the world.

June/July/ August - Look Before You Leap
While it's exciting to anticipate where a new leap will take you, it's also important to acknowledge the legendary leaps you've already taken and the elements that contribute to your success. In these pop-up classes, you'll look at the secret sauce that makes your leaps repeatable, remarkable, and revolutionary and how to know when it's time to leap.
September - Leaps of Uncertainty
The first thing you learn about leaping is getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. It's about allowing your awareness to guide you to the edge of what you find fascinating, and then allowing your curiosity to catapult you into what's possible. The first month you'll practice new ways of easing into the unknown.
October - Leaps of Permission & Allowance
No matter how accomplished you may be, there are usually hidden places where you are waiting for permission from someone for something to truly be, do, or have what you desire. The second month you'll uncover where you've withheld this permission and how to unleash your very own Permission Fairy.
November - Leaps of Courage & Commitment
Now that you have permission to be all you can be, you'll need the courage to act on your ideas and intentions. Courage isn't something you are born with. It's something you practice. The third month, you'll build your bravery musles as you get clear about what matters to you and why. You'll move from "Why me?" and "Why bother?" to "I was born for this!"

I've been in this leaping business for a long time and have learned what I do consciously, consistently, and creatively over time has the biggest impact on my overall health and well-being. Anyone who has experienced "overnight success" can tell you that it actually happened over time. What do you most want to shift? Where can the smallest change have the biggest impact in your life?
While you may think leaping is a one and done thing, the truth is if you continue to grow and expand, you will be asked to take some small leap every day. Mastering the skills required to leap with ease and regularity is something you'll be practicing throughout this series.
An alchemist is a person who transforms or creates something through a seemingly magical process. I call this "magical process" leaping. The best way to unleash this magic is to practice daily.
